Creating more hives from an existing hive has many rewards, namely more bees!  Native stingless bees provide a valuable asset to any garden or farm. They are great for pollination and provide products like high-quality honey, wax and resin. Hive splitting and rescuing skills are valuable to anyone that wants or owns a hive.
